Next steps after completing the inquiry form:
You will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your inquiry and if we have availability for the requested dates.
Email vet records of vaccine administration dates. We require bordatella, rabies, distemper, and we strongly encourage influenza.
Schedule a meet n greet appointment - all new client reservations are pending until this is completed.
Sign our contract and waiver - sent from EverSign/Xodo.
Pay any required holiday stay deposits, if applicable. (Please see our boarding information page for more details about holidays.)
TLDR; All new clients must complete a meet and greet, send vaccine records, and sign our contract/waiver BEFORE any reservations are accepted. Boarding spots are not guaranteed prior to completion of new client intake process.
